WHAT IT DOES?

A lip liner that is made out of real California Cedar wood! This lip liner is creamy, yet it very long-lasting. Goes on easily and smooth, resistant to bleeding. 

HOW TO USE

Apply the Wholly Addiction Lip Pencil on the outer lip to shape the lips. Use sharpener when necessary to help provide precise application.
