1. Apply J.cat Beauty ALL ABOUT THAT BASE EYE PRIMER on the skin.

2. Tap and grab the product.

3. Let the natural heat from your fingertip melt and soften the pigment.

4. Use your fingertip to blend.

Best to pick up pigment from the lid and apply with a wet brush or with a finger.
